Attorney Joel Garber, the founding attorney of Garber Law in Voorhees, New Jersey, established our firm in 1986 and is admitted to both the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In the past 22 years, Mr. Garber has represented clients in civil and criminal law and has reached favorable verdicts in numerous cases in diverse areas of the law.

Mr. Garber graduated from the Temple University School of Law and has served as counsel to Rutgers Casualty Insurance Company, which is a regional casualty insurance company in New Jersey. During his tenure at the company, Mr. Garber litigated insurance matters in New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

He has also worked as General Counsel to Automotive Management Systems (AMS), which is a large franchisor in New Jersey. When Garber was at AMS, he worked as a litigator in matters of franchisor/franchisee rights, contract law, negligence and commercial issues. He also handled other general corporate matters for AMS.

The Beginning of Garber Law

Mr. Garber decided to use the legal knowledge and experience that he gained at Rutgers Casualty and AMS to start his own firm, Garber Law, where he knew he could make a difference in people's lives. While he knew that it would be hard to succeed in the competitive legal world, he was confident that his work ethic and his dedication to practicing ethical and effective law for his clients would make him successful.
